Each week on Monday at 6.30 pm Monday Mindful Meditation classes are a fabulous way to start the week. To create a spiritual and mental space. There is no need to have had the experience of meditation but just good online access, a comfortable sitting or lying space for your mind, body and emotions to be able to relax.
Two in September and two in October – 13th and 20th September and 18th and 20th October. We record these sessions so you can come on live or just receive the recording for these four classes.
