SACRED HEALER RETREAT DATES 2018
The Celtic Festival of Imbolc embraces the celebration of the first light of spring. It marks the lessening of winter and the coming of new life into the New Year.
The principal of this retreat is to emerge from the darkness and struggle of winter with new inspirations for the coming year.
This Celtic Festival celebrates the Celtic celebration of Ostara, which is the basis of our Easter celebrations, and reflects the birth of new beginnings.
A time to celebrate the season of spring, this is one of the most important and powerful retreats of the New Year.
The equinox focuses on the balance of light and dark and at this point the light is triumphant and the days will become longer than the lights.
Just as the spring is paying homage to all new life, all healing begins as a thought, a change of consciousness and this is the ideal time to go forward and to plant new seeds of hope and fertility.
During the retreat we will be looking at how we can birth new ideas and directions, including seeking changes in our personal relationships, professional life and spirituality.
The celebration of Beltane takes place in May, which is a beautiful month and highlights all the expressions of late spring. A perfect time for exploring our desires both intimate and creative and our spiritual ambitions. This retreat heals the broken heart, the pain and suffering from the past that hinders our way forward in love and life.
This particular retreat will give you the space to create a personal ritual or rite of passage to celebrate the mystery and power of your hidden ambitions and desires.
The Beltane Festival at Sacred Healers begins with a celebration of healing and ritual, vision quest and self- discovery in the tranquil surroundings of Somerset.
This retreat honours the power of the sun. This festival encourages us to celebrate the light, to enable our own light with the light of the summer to bring forth everything that is hidden to blossom.
At this point in the Celtic wheel, light is triumphant and the days have become longer than the nights. Summer pays homage to all new life, like the cultural festival of Midsummer; this time of year brings new growth bursting with life to demonstrate the exuberant power of light, creativity and purpose.
With the summer, we find the energy and freshness in ourselves to break through any darkness and creative inactivity, and we celebrate all the abundant evidence of life’s
continuation with joy.
A retreat for new beginnings, rebirth and the finding our way forward towards our destiny for the future and to plant new seeds of hope, creativity and fertility.
21st -23rd September
September is a beautiful month and highlights all the expressions of the beginning of autumn, an ideal time for exploring our heart desires, spiritual and creative ambitions
and a gentle time for letting go. This retreat will give you time to create a personal ritual or rite of passage to celebrate the mystery and power of your hidden ambitions and desires. A time to let go as the season celebrates the autumn.
The Autumn Equinox Retreat begins with a celebration of healing and ritual, vision quest and self- discovery without forgetting to take the opportunity to enjoy the tranquil surroundings of Somerset.
A full three day retreat to honour and celebrate our ancestral family
Our ancestral history can cloud our personal awareness of our true self, shadows from childhood dictate our feelings and the way we think just as our parents were clouded by their parents and so on.
Generations of our family had no time to soul search as we do, so by helping to heal their pain in us, we are helping to heal them too.
At this time of year we can clarify and integrate what we have experienced from our relationship with our family and ancestral connection. To determine what is valuable, wise and useful and learning to let go of what is not.
14th -16th December
There is a special silence in winter. It echoes the season of peace and tranquillity. This retreat will offer you a time for peace and reflection.
An ideal retreat if you want to relax, learn and embrace new inspiration before the end of the year.
